Terms of Service
Last updated: 11/4/2025
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Quickfounder boilerplate (the “Product”). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product and Access Delivery
Quickfounder is a code boilerplate. After a successful one‑time EUR payment, we invite the GitHub username you provided during checkout as a read‑only collaborator to the private repository at https://github.com/elkhayate/quickfounder-boilerplate. You can then clone the repository to use the code in your own projects.
2. License and Restrictions
- You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the code to build and run your own products and services.
- You may modify the code locally or within your own private repositories for your projects.
- You may not re‑sell, re‑distribute, sub‑license, or publicly release the repository or substantial portions of the code “as a template.”
- Repository access is read‑only; you will not be granted push/maintainer/admin permissions.
- No ownership of Quickfounder intellectual property is transferred by this license.
3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The price is a one‑time EUR payment. No subscriptions apply.
- No refunds are offered because you gain code access immediately after payment.
- Taxes: We do not charge taxes on this purchase at this time. If tax obligations change, they will be reflected at checkout.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Product for unlawful activities or to violate others’ rights. You will not attempt to circumvent repository access settings or interfere with repository operations.
5. Third‑Party Services
We use third parties to deliver the Product, including Stripe (payments), GitHub (collaborator invitations), and Resend (transactional email). Your use of these services may be subject to their terms and policies.
6. Disclaimers
The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. You are responsible for evaluating suitability for your use case.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickfounder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Product.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
