This Privacy Policy describes how Quickfounder (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when you purchase the Quickfounder boilerplate and receive access to our private GitHub repository.

- Contact information. Email address you provide at checkout, used for purchase confirmations and access instructions.
- GitHub username. Collected solely to invite you as a read‑only collaborator to the private repository.
- Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Stripe may store and process payment information as a controller or processor according to their policies.
- Technical and operational data. Basic server logs and webhook logs (e.g., timestamps, event IDs) to deliver access and maintain reliability.
How We Use Information
- To process your purchase via Stripe.
- To invite your GitHub username as a read‑only collaborator to the private repository so you can access the code.
- To send transactional communications (e.g., purchase confirmation, access instructions).
- To comply with legal obligations and maintain records.
Sharing
We share information with limited service providers that enable the Product:
- Stripe (payments): processes payment information and related billing data.
- GitHub (access delivery): uses your GitHub username to issue a collaborator invitation for read‑only access.
- Resend (transactional email): sends emails such as purchase confirmations and access instructions.
- Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel): to run the website and API endpoints.
We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and Analytics
We use only necessary cookies and basic operational telemetry to run the site and deliver access. We do not run invasive tracking for this purchase flow.
Data Retention
- We retain transactional records (e.g., payment confirmations, webhook event IDs) for legal, tax, and operational purposes.
- We retain your email and GitHub username to support delivery and troubleshooting of repository access.
- If you would like us to remove non‑essential personal data, contact support@quickfounder.dev. Note that we may need to retain certain records where required by law.
